Thanks for all your fantastic efforts petitioning for our endorsed city council candidates! One member said, “I just did my first petitioning session...it was so fun!!” New petition dates and times have been added. Sign up for one shift a week—we hope that you'll join us for this truly fun part of politics!

In the meantime, we'll be taking a short break from door-knocking to hold our next general meeting on Wednesday, June 21, from 7-9 PM at Mayday Space, 176 St. Nicholas Ave, 11237. New member orientation starts at 6:30 PM.

We recently co-hosted a forum to allow all Brooklynites to hear from the District Attorney candidates. But at our June meeting, DA candidates will be coming to speak to YOU in particular as an NKD member. Come with tough questions for them, and participate in our endorsement vote.

To participate and vote in the endorsement process, members must attend two NKD events in the past year and be current on annual dues. You can pay your dues here.
