This Monday, July 11, at 5:30pm, NKD and other Brooklyn clubs are hosting a Candidate Forum for the new 10th Congressional District (Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, Sunset Park, Red Hook, and Lower Manhattan). 10 candidates so far have confirmed they'll attend — we hope you will too!

NKD's monthly General Meeting will be next Thursday, July 14 at 7pm. All are welcome! This will be a hybrid meeting, so you can choose to join us either in-person or on Zoom:

• First Unitarian Chapel (121 Pierrepont Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201). Use the side entrance, to the right of the main doors. Face mask and proof of vaccination required.

At the general meeting, we'll talk about next steps now that our endorsed candidates have won many district leader seats — how we can help them achieve the reforms we've been seeking in our party. And we'll have some small-group discussions about policy, organizing, and more. Hope to see you on July 14!
